- Have 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience, ideally with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
- Have strong practical knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows.
- Are comfortable working independently and applying professional expertise to unfamiliar or complex tasks.
- Relevant backgrounds may include Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, CPA, or similar roles.
- Prior AI training or evaluation experience is a plus. Sales, account management, or other customer-facing experience is also a plus.
- Rate: $150/hour
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Short-term project (~two weeks); exact timeline will be confirmed with selected candidates
- Availability: Ideally 40 hours per week; minimum 30 hours per week
- Location: Remote
