Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects. You’ll apply your domain knowledge and professional judgment to create high-quality tasks that help train and evaluate AI systems.
What You’ll Do
- Create realistic healthcare scenarios and questions grounded in your area of expertise.
- Write accurate reference answers with clear, evidence-based explanations.
- Define what a strong response should include and develop clear assessment criteria.
- Make each task self-contained, unambiguous, and aligned with project requirements.
- Refine your tasks based on project feedback and quality standards.
Selected experts will receive detailed project instructions and examples during onboarding.
Who You Are
- You have professional experience in healthcare, such as medicine, nursing, pharmacy, allied health, public health, clinical research, or healthcare operations.
- You hold relevant qualifications for your field, including professional registration or licensure where applicable.
- You can assess information critically and explain your reasoning clearly in written English.
- You work independently, pay close attention to detail, and incorporate feedback.
Prior AI training or evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
Project Details
- Engagement: Independent contractor.
- Location: Remote.
- Compensation: $50–$150 USD per hour. The specific rate will depend on expertise and project scope.
