Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced legal professionals and paralegals to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects. You’ll apply your legal knowledge, research skills, and professional judgment to create high-quality tasks that help train and evaluate AI systems.
What You’ll Do
- Create realistic legal and paralegal scenarios and questions grounded in your professional expertise.
- Write accurate reference answers with clear reasoning and supporting sources where appropriate.
- Define what a strong response should include and develop clear assessment criteria.
- Make each task self-contained, with the jurisdiction, assumptions, and relevant context clearly stated.
- Refine your tasks based on project feedback and quality standards.
Selected experts will receive detailed project instructions and examples during onboarding.
Who You Are
- You have professional experience as a paralegal, legal researcher, attorney, legal operations specialist, or compliance professional.
- You are comfortable conducting legal research, developing written analyses, and explaining findings clearly in written English.
- You can distinguish established facts from assumptions and recognize when jurisdiction or context changes an analysis.
- You work independently, pay close attention to detail, and incorporate feedback.
Relevant legal education, paralegal training, or professional qualifications are valued. Prior AI training or evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
Project Details
- Engagement: Independent contractor.
- Location: Remote.
- Compensation: $50–$150 USD per hour. The specific rate will depend on expertise and project scope.
